Returns

Orders are eligible for return within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

All returned items will undergo a proper inspection by the CuddlyYours team before approval.
Refunds

Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable.

Refund approval is subject to inspection results.
- If inspection goes ok, the customer will have to pay ₹200 to return and exchange will be free
Non-Eligible Returns

Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.
