Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging intact.

A return request must be approved after inspection by the CuddlyYours team.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order details along with photos or videos, if requested.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.

Returns requested after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval

All returned items will undergo a quality check by the CuddlyYours team.

Approval of returns is subject to inspection results.
- Approval of refunds will be credited within 7-10 days.
- If inspection goes ok, the customer will have to pay ₹200 to return and exchange will be free
